The initial password is just a temporary password to help you login the first time and changing it to something easier to remember is simple:

1. Login to your account from the website.
2. From the "Members Menu" column on the left hand side of the page, click on "Your details".
3. Your profile page should appear. You will find an "Edit" link above your photograph. Hover above it with your mouse and click on the link "Update your profile" that appears.
4. You should now be on the page "Edit your details" where you see various tabs for the different categories of your details. Click on "Contact Info".
5. Among the various fields you will see, the 7th and 8th fields down are "Password" and "Verify password". You can enter your new password here and its verification.
6. Click "Update" at the bottom of the page to save your new password

If you forget your password you can use the "Lost Password" function which will allow you to reset your password. Remember when creating a new password make it secure! Try not to use words from the dictionary, but try to use a combination of lowercase (a,d,y), uppercase (T,K,P), numbers (2,3,5) and even symbols ($,#,*,^) to make a secure password. So instead of "goldfish" you could make this password "g0!Df1$h". It is recommended to have a password at least 8 characters long, but the longer it is the more secure it is.
